Ruth A. McFadden, President

Ruth joined Static Power in 1991 as a bookkeeper with experience in accounting, human resources and restaurant management. In 2018, Ruth became president after 20 years as VP of Finance and Administration. A graduate of Mercy High School in Baltimore, MD, she is active on numerous boards of directors of nonprofit organizations.

Andrew Nauman, Director of Technical Services

Andrew has been with Static Power since graduating Technical College for Electronic Technologies in 1987, and has served many technical and management roles throughout the years. He is factory trained on many manufacturers’ power systems and has a great deal of experience in repairing complex systems and circuitry. Now, as VP, Safety Manager and Director of Technical Services, he provides technical and engineering oversight to the sales and service departments.

Robert L. De Lauter, PE, Operations Manager

Rob began working in the critical power industry, specifically Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems, in 2000. He began his career as a service technician working on various manufacturers, performing startups, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance.

In 2009 Rob completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Capitol College and in 2012 passed the professional engineering exam. He is currently a Registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and Washington, DC.

Rob enjoys writing and sharing the knowledge he has gained over his career to help others. He has written articles for EC & M, guest blogs for business partners and a recently released book, “UPS Handbook, A Layman’s Guide to Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems.” All of which can be found at robdelauter.com.
